The whole is greater than the sum of the parts

We work closely with teams who are embarking on extreme challenges or going into difficult situations to help set themselves up for success, both individually and as cohesive team. 

We look closely at both the challenge they are encountering and the context this is in order to understand what they will need to be able to do to perform extraordinarily or in extraordinary conditions. 

We also look at the psychology of each person and the team as a whole in order to tailor a development plan to ensure all individuals are fully prepared. As important is developing the team and it's cohesion, ensuring the have the tools for them to cope when things don't go according to plan!  The main aim for use is to get teams to be self-sufficient and not have to a relay the team psychologist - obviously we will be there if they need support during their endeavour!  

Key to the performance of teams is them establishing an uncommon discipline or habit around critical tasks, procedures and managing relationships.
